TECHNICAL PRO · $9.99 PER MONTH

Share technical files and review their open activity.

Create a share link for a JPG or PNG image, supported notebook, mailbox file, academic source, financial filing, CAD drawing or IFC model. Review when its link opens and use the available preview or download for that format.

Anyone with an active link can view the file. Open activity may include time, approximate location and network details, browser and device category, and active viewing time. It does not verify a named recipient or prove that someone read or understood a file.

What the current previews do

Opened.page uses deterministic file handling in the browser for its available previews. It does not execute notebook code or claim to be a full email eDiscovery, financial validation, CAD authoring, or BIM analysis suite. Some binary formats are provided as downloads for compatible desktop software. Large-format blueprint and multi-page archival TIFF processing are not included in Technical Pro.

Who uses these workflows

Workflow and user benefit

  1. Select a supported file and add a title.
  2. Create a link and send it to the intended recipient.
  3. Review its open time and the available approximate event details in your workspace.
  4. Allow downloads or stop link access when needed.

The open record helps you decide when to follow up. It is an access signal, not evidence of identity, comprehension or intent.
