1. Preparar: Share the technical proposal with reviewers and check delivery before requesting review or approval. Consultants can coordinate review with the client team.
2. Controlar el acceso: Upload the PDF, create a private link, choose download access, and keep the option to revoke the link.
3. Compartir: Send the private link to the intended consulting audience.
4. Revisar señales de entrega: Review the open time, approximate location and network organization when available, device and browser categories, and active dwell time. An open does not establish identity, comprehension, or intent.
